All reservations require a 100% deposit and are non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you must cancel and would like to reschedule, you must notify us via phone 14 days before your original arrival date to make arrangements. We will transfer your deposit to your future stay for you one time. Rescheduling a second time will incur a fee. If you cancel and would like to reschedule less than 14 days before your arrival date, your deposit will only be transferred if we were able to re-book your room.

When you make a reservation and give us your credit card number we will be holding the suite you requested for you only and will be turning away other potential quests that request that suite. There are no refunds for any reason. Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of booking your reservation. Pigeon Creek Inn enforces a strict cancellation policy.
